PROMOTIONS, PRICING, INVENTORY & SUPPLIER CHANGES
The travel industry is dynamic, and all pricing, promotions, fares, availability, inventory, accommodations, itineraries, schedules, and travel services are determined and controlled solely by the applicable Travel Supplier. Airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, destination management companies, and other Suppliers reserve the right to modify, suspend, withdraw, discontinue, or revise pricing, promotions, inventory, amenities, itineraries, schedules, and booking conditions at any time, with or without prior notice.
All quotations, proposals, itineraries, promotional materials, pricing, and availability provided by JET Luxury Travel d/b/a LuxeStyle Travel ("LST") are subject to confirmation by the applicable Supplier and are not guaranteed until the reservation has been confirmed by the Supplier and all required deposits or payments have been received and processed.

LST acts solely as an intermediary between you and the Travel Suppliers and has no authority or control over Supplier pricing, inventory, promotional offers, operational decisions, or reservation policies. Accordingly, LST shall not be responsible or liable for any changes made by a Supplier before or after a reservation is confirmed, including, but not limited to:

• Withdrawal, expiration, or modification of promotional offers;

• Changes to promotional terms, conditions, or benefits;

• Inventory limitations or sell-outs;

• Fare, cruise, hotel, or package price increases;

• Changes to cabin, stateroom, room, or accommodation assignments;

• Supplier-imposed booking restrictions or blackout dates;

• Changes to included amenities, excursions, dining, entertainment, or onboard services;

• Modifications to itineraries, ports of call, destinations, hotels, flights, transfers, or transportation;

• Schedule changes, delays, cancellations, or operational adjustments;

• Additional taxes, fuel surcharges, port charges, government fees, or other mandatory assessments imposed by the Supplier.

LST cannot require a Supplier to honor an expired promotion, reinstate unavailable inventory, maintain previously quoted pricing, or provide compensation for any Supplier-initiated change. Any refunds, credits, compensation, or other remedies resulting from Supplier changes shall be governed solely by the applicable Supplier's terms and conditions.

While LST will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant Supplier changes once they become known, LST cannot guarantee advance notice of last-minute changes and shall not be liable for any inconvenience, financial loss, additional expense, missed opportunities, or damages resulting from actions or decisions made by a Travel Supplier.

RIGHT TO CORRECT ERRORS / OFFERS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY
LST makes every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy of all pricing, itineraries, promotional materials, travel information, supplier content, and reservation details. However, inadvertent typographical, clerical, pricing, publishing, or administrative errors may occur. LST reserves the right to correct any such errors or omissions at any time, including after a quotation, reservation request, booking confirmation, invoice, or payment has been issued or received, if necessary to reflect the Supplier's correct pricing, availability, or booking terms.
All pricing, fares, promotions, discounts, incentives, complimentary amenities, upgrades, and special offers are capacity-controlled, subject to availability, and may be modified, withdrawn, suspended, or discontinued by the applicable Supplier without prior notice. Marketing materials, advertisements, email campaigns, social media posts, website content, and promotional communications are intended for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of pricing, availability, or promotional eligibility.
If a Supplier corrects a pricing error or modifies the terms of a promotion before a reservation is confirmed, the Client will be responsible for the updated pricing or revised Supplier terms. If a material pricing correction affects an existing reservation, LST will promptly notify the Client and, where permitted by the Supplier, provide the option to accept the revised pricing or cancel the reservation in accordance with the Supplier's cancellation policies.
No reservation, pricing, promotion, or special offer is guaranteed until confirmed in writing by the applicable Supplier and all required deposits or payments have been received and accepted by the Supplier.
